Excellent location near public transport, modern refurbished rooms, complimentary tea and coffee in rooms

No elevator access is a significant inconvenience!!! Shared bathroom noise was disruptive to my sleep and could use better insulation!!! Room size limitations felt cramped, especially for two travelers!!! Heating could definitely use improvement!!!

Loved the clean, comfy room! The staff were super friendly and helped me find my way around. The only downside was the noise from the street at night. 😅

The room was tiny, couldn’t really move around the bed without bumping into stuff. The toilet was super cramped, you could basically brush your teeth while sitting on it. On the bright side, it was clean, and the bed was comfy enough for a good night’s sleep. Not much space for luggage, though. Good luck if you're on a higher floor since there’s no lift.

The hotel is charming and clean, making it a great spot for discovering nearby spots like hyde park, which is just less than a 20-minute walk away, and royal albert hall, located within almost 2 km. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Recommend it for budget travelers

The location was really good, close to buses and tube, and the room was clean with good water pressure in the shower. Comfy bed. The lovely staff made me feel welcomed, always ready to help if you needed something.

Absolutely loved my stay! The staff were super friendly and helped me feel right at home. Room was nice and clean, and the breakfast was seriously good, even enjoyed in my room! Only issue was the breakfast area got very crowded, and I ended up walking away a few times. But overall, a fab place to crash while exploring London.

I had a lovely stay for 4 nights and particularly enjoyed the cozy décor in my double room and the decent breakfast spread. There were nice opportunities to relax with a peaceful garden area and a small lounge. The only slightly annoying thing was the thin walls. I could hear my neighbors a bit too well, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all! 😊

It was just a great fit for a stopover in London with very good value for money. The room was comfortable and clean. Bring a fan if you’re sensitive to heat in small spaces.
